Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or personalized items (e.g. jerseys) may require additional production time of up to 10 business days — this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Delivery Times
- Czech Republic: 2–4 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. The total cost including shipping will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@sinners.gg and we will investigate with the carrier.
