Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g. jerseys or items made to your specifications)
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not a final sale, custom-made, or personalized item
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, including standard delivery costs. Supplementary delivery costs (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at merch@sinners.gg within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
Conformity of Goods
Under EU Directive 2019/771/EU, goods must conform to the contract of sale. If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
